The start and first exercises depend on the procedure, graft, possible meniscus or cartilage repairs and the surgeon's instructions. Early rehabilitation is often organised, but permitted movements and loads must be defined for your case.

Return depends on the injury, possible surgery, your sport and your results. It is decided on strength, control and function criteria, not solely on a number of weeks or absence of pain.
