At the Dudelange clinic, Bloc A, 48 Rue de la Libération, it maintains joint cycling and circulation before moving to a more demanding device on the [suite](/dudelange/equipement).**\n\n## Three modes, one goal\n\nMotor: the device drives the leg or arm. Assisted: you contribute as soon as you can. Active: you pedal while it measures. Useful in neurology, after immobilisation, or when fatigue blocks a classic bike. It is not a performance ergometer.\n\n## Handing over\n\nAs soon as strength and control return, we switch to [Recline](/dudelange/equipement/excite-live-recline), [leg press](/dudelange/equipement/leg-med-press) or floor exercises.
