With gloves, you mainly feel the manual gesture. With electrodes: often **10 to 20 minutes** lying down. Minimal warmth or tingling leads to adjustment. Sharp pain is not the expected effect.\n\nClean skin, without cream or oil. Jewellery removed from the area. Clothing that uncovers the region. Prescription. Mention a pacemaker, defibrillator, pregnancy (especially abdomen), infected wound or local thrombosis.\n\nTypical frequency: once or twice a week while the area is irritable, then spacing when exercises and manual techniques suffice.\n\nAfterwards: driving and light work generally possible. No expected DOMS. Redness under an electrode fades quickly.\n\nResults: local comfort sometimes from the first applications. A lasting change depends on the overall plan (mobility, load, drainage).
