{"title":"L'Excite Live Climb à Dudelange","content":"**Climbing stairs without a lift is often the daily barrier after knee surgery or deconditioning. The Excite Live Climb (Technogym) moves steps at an adjustable speed. At the Dudelange clinic on rue de la Libération, hands stay on the rails first — we rebuild vertical endurance, distinct from walking on the [treadmill](/dudelange/equipement/excite-live-run).**\n\n## Stairs ≠ running\n\nEach step loads the hip, knee and calf differently. We start slow, short duration, hands supported. The goal is not to “climb hard” but to regain confidence for the building, the bus and home.\n\n## When we choose something else\n\nSharp pain going up, still-limited partial weight-bearing, vertigo: we postpone or switch to the [Recline bike](/dudelange/equipement/excite-live-recline). Base strength can be prepared on the [leg press](/dudelange/equipement/leg-med-press).\n\n## Frequently asked questions\n\n<details>\n<summary>Do I need to climb fast?</summary>\n\nNo. Speed is set to the lowest setting at the start.\n\n</details>\n\n<details>\n<summary>How many minutes?</summary>\n\nOften three to eight useful minutes per session.\n\n</details>\n\n<details>\n<summary>Reimbursement and booking?</summary>\n\nOn medical prescription, the [CNS](https://cns.public.lu/) covers the session under the usual rules.
