You stay lying down, clothed, with no effort to provide. At the Dudelange clinic, Bloc A, 48 Rue de la Libération, it is a comfort and relaxation tool — it does not repair a disc or osteoarthritis.**\n\n## What it is really for\n\nRelease, warmth, a comfort window before or after active work. Useful when tissues are stiff and starting exercises is hard, or as a session close. It is not a weight-loss programme, nor a substitute for [manual therapy](/dudelange/competence/therapie-manuelle) or strengthening.\n\n## What it is not\n\nNot a hernia treatment, not an alternative to vestibular rehab, not a full session on its own. If pain needs a medical diagnosis, andullation is not the answer.\n\n## Contraindications to check\n\nPregnancy (depending on areas), local infection, open wound, some implants or sensory disorders: the assessment decides.
