O osso da anca faz parte da p\u00e9lvis, enquanto o f\u00e9mur \u00e9 o osso mais longo e mais forte do corpo humano.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O osso da anca<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O osso da anca, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como osso coxal, \u00e9 um osso largo e plano que forma a parte superior da bacia. \u00c9 constitu\u00eddo por tr\u00eas partes: o il\u00edaco, o \u00edsquio e o p\u00fabis. Estas tr\u00eas partes juntam-se na idade adulta para formar uma \u00fanica estrutura, o osso il\u00edaco.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O il\u00edaco<\/strong> \u00e9 a parte superior do osso e contribui para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o da crista il\u00edaca, uma estrutura saliente que pode ser sentida nos lados da p\u00e9lvis.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O \u00edsquio<\/strong> \u00e9 a parte inferior e posterior do osso. Forma a tuberosidade do \u00edsquio, que \u00e9 uma protuber\u00e2ncia \u00f3ssea sobre a qual nos sentamos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O p\u00fabis<\/strong> \u00e9 a parte inferior e anterior do osso da anca. Junta-se ao p\u00fabis do outro lado da p\u00e9lvis para formar a s\u00ednfise p\u00fabica, uma articula\u00e7\u00e3o cartilaginosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O f\u00e9mur<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O f\u00e9mur \u00e9 o osso mais longo, mais forte e maior do corpo humano. Estende-se desde a anca at\u00e9 ao joelho e \u00e9 composto por v\u00e1rias partes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A cabe\u00e7a do f\u00e9mur<\/strong> \u00e9 a parte superior arredondada do osso que se articula com o osso da anca para formar a articula\u00e7\u00e3o da anca. \u00c9 coberto por cartilagem para facilitar o movimento.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O colo do f\u00e9mur<\/strong> \u00e9 a parte estreita que liga a cabe\u00e7a do f\u00e9mur ao corpo do osso.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O troc\u00e2nter maior e o troc\u00e2nter menor<\/strong> s\u00e3o protuber\u00e2ncias \u00f3sseas localizadas na jun\u00e7\u00e3o do colo e do corpo do f\u00e9mur.
